Creamy Burrito Casserole

1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning
6 large flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
2 -3 cups shredded taco cheese or cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 ounces sour cream

Brown beef and onion; drain.
Add taco seasoning and stir in refried beans.
Mix soup and sour cream in a separate bowl.
Spread 1/2 sour cream mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over sour cream mixture.
Put 1/2 the meat bean mixture over that.
Add a layer of cheese.
Repeat the layers.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.

Sweet-n-Garlicy Appetizer Meatballs

2 lb ground round
3 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
2 medium eggs
1 large bottle western dressing about 16 to 19 oz.
1 large very large onion, fine chopped



preheat oven to 350°
line a large cookie sheet with foil. (for easy cleanup)

place all ingredients in a large bowl.

mix well with clean hands. (it will a bit mushy)

drop meat mix by the tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheet.

they should form nice rounded balls on the top and flat on the bottom.

bake for about 20 minutes or until firm and is no longer pink and is browned.
remove from oven and let them cool a little.

remove from sheet and place onto a serving platter.
insert a toothpick into each meatball for easy serving for guests.
makes over 50 bite sized meatballs
