Here are some local sportsmen clubs in the surrounding area that might be of interest.

Ada Liberty Conservation Club 
Located north of Ada, OH on St Rt 235, This club has a nice lake with a shooting range that is stocked with Catfish, Trout, Bluegill and Crappie. They have an Annual Catfish Derby held in May each year. Cost to join this club is $20 a year for a family membership.

Bluffton Community Sportsman’s Club
Located off Spring Street in Bluffton, OH, This Club features two lake that are stocked with Rainbow trout, Perch, Walleye, Bass, Crappie and Bluegill. They have an Annual Trout Derby held on the first Saturday of May. Cost to Join this Club is $30 per person.

Hog Greek Game Club
Located off County Line Rd and Stemple Road, west of Ada, OH., This club offers a nice quarry to fish that is stocked with Catfish and Perch. They also have a Annual Catfish Tournament held in May. There is also a firing range located at this club. Cost to join this club is $20 a year for a family membership.

McGuffey Conservation Club
Located south of Ohio 309 on Marion Township Road 55 in McGuffey OH., This club offers a lake to fish in that is stocked with Catfish. This Club is in decline but I hope with the new leadership from Doug Keen, that they will turn this club around. I fished there last year and the lake was moss covered most of the year. I attended a fishing derby there last year and 14 of us fished for six hours and only caught five fish. After that I learned that it hadn’t been stocked with fish in over 3 years. I recently learned that they did stock it with 100 small catfish and 100 pounds of larger catfish. This is a small step in getting them back to the clubs glory days when there was over 300 members. They also have a firing range. Cost to join this club is $20 a year for a family membership.
