Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 jalapeño pepper diced
2 mini sweet red peppers
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
5 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs hot sauce
2 Tbs Chipotle peppers
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into a sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and its ready to be served.

We will be hosting a Passport to Fishing Program and Fishing Derby in association with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and Marion Correction on May 20th 2017.
The Passport to Fishing program provides skills, techniques and information that allows any beginning angler to start fishing in their own community.
Passport to Fishing has been proven to be a successful youth education campaign. Straight forward, effective, inexpensive and FUN. The program consists of four stations where kids will learn a variety of skills from tying fishing knots and rigging a fishing pole to casting, fishing rules, fish habitat and handling fish and concludes with a fishing derby after all stations are completed.
