Well I decided to upgrade from a round 4 tray food dehydrator to a bigger 8 tray dehydrator from Weston in preparation for deer season. The 4 tray has served me well for preparing peppers and vegetables but I dont feel it could handle the volume of use I have planned for it.
Luckily I still had a bunch of hot peppers that I need to process and it gave me an opportunity to try it out as soon a I got it. I’m very happy with the result I have gotten so far but I will get to put it to the test when I make some deer jerky later on in the year.
