Buttermilk Squirrel Pie

Ingredients:

2 squirrels, cut up
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 stick margarine (melted)
1 cup self rising flour

Directions:

Boil squirrels and remove meat from bones.
Mix squirrel, vegetables and mushroom soup all together in casserole dish.
Mix buttermilk, margine and flour together and pour over top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Saucy Cheese Crappie

Ingredients:

1 Lb. of Crappie Fillets (6 to 8)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
paprika

Directions:

Spray baking dish with Pam, season fillets and put in baking dish. Put cream of mushroom soup over fillets (undiluted) top with grated cheese and sprinkle paprika over top Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes Can be put over noodles or rice or just as a main dish.

Stacie Pore

Stacie is one of my best friends and she was recently diagnosed with Cervical Cancer. So with that said I decided to do whatever i could to help support her mentally, physically, spiritually and financially as much as I can.
