If your a fan of eating fish eggs, then here is a recipe that you gotta try. They make an excellent side dish to go with your fish. You can use eggs from just about any fish that you want. Just make sure that when your removing the egg sacks not to rupture the sack.
Salt and Pepper
Rinse the eggs sacks in cold water, then place the eggs in your hand and palm coat them in Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. After that roll them in flour until they are completely coated and gently place them into hot grease. Fry for only about a minute on each side.
