Started the day off at my favorite fishing hole on the Maumee River this morning with my buddy Ralphy but had very little luck, landed a total of 3 keepers in a total of 3 hours. We had a lot of people fishing around our spot and walking through the deep holes we usually fish. I think that might have been what caused the slow day. We moved over to a few other spots were I landed 1 nice channel cat. Poor Ralphy got skunked on keepers but did land quite a few sheep head carp. Hopefully next time will be better.
